Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Lost Files services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Services

Lost Files provides the following services:

• Music recording sessions
• Audio mixing and mastering
• Music production
• Music video directing and visuals
• Full package — audio through directed music video

Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms and cancellation policies will be discussed and agreed upon before confirming any booking.

• Bookings must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance
• Cancellation fees may apply
• Payment is due as agreed in the booking confirmation

Intellectual Property

All original music and video created during sessions remains the intellectual property of the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Lost Files retains the right to use recordings and visuals for portfolio purposes with client permission.

Limitation of Liability

Lost Files shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
